Great costume! How long did it take  you to put on and did you need help? Oh and is that made out of cardboard?

Hi, It took around 45 minuets to put on and two people to help! Yes Its card and papper. I used fiberglass resin to strengthen the suite.
I have put some videos on YouTube and some detailed pictures on Facebook. Feel free to follow the links in my signature to see more!

How much time did you spent on it? I'm very lazy, so my armor is taking like, 4 months T.T And I still have the blaster to do! Well, you got a +watch!

The full suite and AR took 5 months. I made it on lunch hours at work & at nigh.
Just put your headphones on and cutout the world!

Thanks for the watch, I hope you enjoy my other Cosplays :)

The AR I read somewhere that you filled it with expanding foam right? Hope you like my cosplays too ^^

Yeah, Pop some expanding foam in after you covered it in resin. Remember, no resin and the thing will explode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did not use any bonno or filler on my AR. Just resin & expanding foam.

I was on a tight time frame. But it all worked out well.

Try filling the paper/cardboard costume with expanding foam, and then fiberglassing it! You'll end up with a much stronger and realistic costume! Will take some practice though.

It has expanding foam in it, and it has been fiberglassed. I'm happy with my 1st halo suite.

Yes I did! I made some videos on youtube (Dax79) The cam on the helmet is just a old laptop cam, and my visor is from a bike shop.... exsept for that I'm all card and paper!
